Where do you deliver?

We provide free shipping on all our orders and ship worldwide!

How long does shipping take?

In order to provide our customers with the absolute best value for their money, we ship our products directly from our manufacturer. This way, we are able to cut out the middle man, which translates to savings directly to your pocket. 

We ask that our customers allow anywhere between 5 - 10 working days for their shipment to arrive, in some cases it may take a little longer.

Where is my order?

You should receive your tracking number within 48 hours from placing your order. You can then track your order here.

I have not received and order / tracking number, what should I do?

If you have not received an order number and/or a tracking number within 2 working days of placing an order please contact us here.

Payments & Security

How do I know my payment is secure?

We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted and protected. We never store your credit card information. After purchase, your credit card information is automatically erased to ensure that your personal information is fully proteced.

How do I order on the website?

To order choose the item you would like to purchase, click 'Add to Cart', then go to your cart and click 'Check Out' 

What payment methods are available?

Our website allows you to pay via a variety of methods including Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Returns & Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important Information

As we cannot resell products, the environmental footprint of shipping returns back to us is unnecessary (and goes against our values as a business). Instead, we encourage customers who have ordered the wrong size to accept a replacement cover sent to them. Our focus is getting you the product you really want.


We kindly ask customers who have replacements sent to them to recycle locally, donate to charity, upcycle the material or give to a friend. 

I've ordered the wrong size or my SofaGuard doesn't fit

We understand that you may order an incorrect size, here's what you can do:


1. Contact our Support Centre with your order number and let us know what's happened.


2. We will tell you where to return the item to.


3. If we see the cover doesn't fit, we will offer to ship you the correct size.


4. Before shipment, we require you to pay for the price difference in sizes. As well as the processing and shipping fees.


5. We ship your fresh new covers and provide you with an updated tracking number.


6. You receive your new covers within 5 - 15 days.


7. Note that this must be done within 30 days of receiving the SofaGuard.

My SofaGuard is damaged on delivery

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, please carefully follow our return process to minimise any delays:

1. Contact our Support Centre with your order number.

2. Send us clear pictures of the outer packaging, including any damages.

3. You must make sure you contact us within the warranty period of 30 days.

*If damage is present, we will dispatch a new item immediately*

I have received an incorrect item or items are missing

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package. 

For any issues, please carefully our returns process to minimize any delays.

1. Contact our Support Centre with your order number.

2. Send us clear pictures of the outer packaging, including any damages.

3. You must make sure you contact us within the warranty period of 30 days.

*If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.*

*If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). SofaGuards will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate you the return shipping fee when we receive it.*

I would like to cancel my order

If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately here. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to carry out the cancellation request.

What if I am unhappy with the quality of my order?


SofaGuards covers are spill proof, resisting small amounts of liquid for a short amount of time, but not waterproof. To ensure that your Sofa is 100% safe, customers must wipe up stains and spills as soon as they happen. If left too long some liquid will get through - but our sofa covers will certainly buy you enough time to soak it up.  For defective spill-resistant products, we will offer a replacement.


Fabric Quality

The SofaGuard is made from a bespoke mixture of Polyester and Spandex to keep it stretchy, but at the same time strong and durable. We have standard and spill-resistant versions, plus extra-thick durable versions. If you are not sure which one is best for you, please contact our support team who will guide you. For defective products, we will offer a replacement.


Pet Damage

Our stretchy sofa covers are decorative pieces designed to protect the sofa underneath from daily wear and tear. If your pet is used to sleeping on your sofa, our covers will protect the sofa underneath from excess hair and dirt. However, if you have a destructive pet, our stretchy sofa covers are not designed to be attacked, scratched or bitten.

We are not responsible for pet damage to our universal stretchy sofa covers. You may require one of our thicker, heavy duty products - please contact customer support for more information.
